The 250ml can is standardly equipped with a can lid with a diameter of 52.4mm±0.05mm (9.6% less than that of a 330ml can), and is made of 5182-H48 aluminum-magnesium alloy (containing 4.5%±0.2% magnesium and 0.4% manganese). The thickness gradient transitions from 0.23mm at the center to 0.16mm at the edge. The data of the Cronos production line shows that the pull ring structure optimized through finite element analysis reduces the opening pulling force to 9.5N±0.8 (traditional design requires 15N), expands the finger contact area by 37% to 27.1mm², while maintaining the breaking strength of 2,050N (ISO standard value 1,800N). The thickness of the food safety coating is 12μm±0.5 (conforming to the FDA 21 CFR 175.300 standard), and the migration amount of bisphenol A after baking at 176℃ for 90 seconds and curing is < 0.01ppb (the limit value of the EU standard is 0.05ppb). The ECO-Lite ultra-thin cap achieves a single cap mass of 1.95g (a reduction of 30.4%), and the material utilization rate increases to 98.7%. Laser micro-engraving technology (with an accuracy of ±0.03mm) replaces ink printing, reducing the drying time to 0.3 seconds (2.2 seconds for the traditional process), and saving $0.0017 in cost per can.
