According to the Moemate2024 Speech Technology White Paper, its voice print recognition mechanism can achieve 98.7% correct individual recognition by using 128-dimensional MFCC (MEL frequency cepstrumal coefficient) features from the user's voice, and 99.3% in a quiet environment, which is over the bank-grade voice print verification standard (97%). Technical trials show the system can complete feature matching of 3-second voice samples within 0.8 seconds, 53% better than in 2022, and is capable of identifying identical twins aged more than 5 years apart (91% accuracy), exceeding the 78% threshold of traditional ASR technology. MIT Media Lab comparative tests showed that the error rate for Moemate speech recognition was just 2.4 percent under 65 decibels of background noise (the same level as in a busy road), significantly better than Amazon Alexa at 7.1 percent and Google Assistant at 5.9 percent.
